粉蒸排骨

做法:
1. 排骨切块,用酱油,老干妈辣椒酱,姜末,少许糖拌匀腌半小时或更长,入味。

2. 排骨裹上粉蒸肉粉(中国店都能买到)

3. 盘子底部放红薯块,或土豆块

4.  排骨放上

5. 上蒸笼蒸45分钟






6:撒点葱花,开吃。我把下面的番薯也给翻上来了。番薯非常好吃




注:蒸出来的排骨为了出红油,带些辣味,腌制的时候可以放老干妈辣椒酱。我没放老干妈,而是炒了些豆瓣酱,然后和排骨放到一起拌匀腌入味。。
