焦溜丸子

1.糖、醋、老抽、盐、味精、淀粉、适量水、葱末、蒜末调汁。

2. 猪肉馅加鸡蛋 、 淀粉 、 酱油 、 盐 、糖、葱末、姜末调好。

3. 做成蛋黄大小的肉丸子坯子,下热油中至丸子漂起、炸透 , 捞出控油待用。 

4. 炒锅里放适量油烧热,下调好的糖醋汁翻炒,待糖醋汁变稠时下入炸好的丸子翻炒,待丸子均匀的挂满糖醋汁即可出锅。
