甜酸鸡

1.将无皮无骨的鸡胸肉切成厚块。
2.将鸡蛋打散,加普通面粉和适量水,少许盐调成半稀的蛋面糊。
3.将鸡块放进面糊内挂满面糊
4.下入烧热的油内炸至表面呈金黄色即可捞出,控干油待用。
5.将ketchup或tomato paste加适量淀粉、盐、糖、白醋和适量水调成“甜酸汁”。
6.炒锅里放少许油烧温,下入甜酸汁翻炒至变稠,再下入炸好的鸡块,翻炒让甜酸汁裹匀鸡块即可出锅。
