小朋友的营养早餐(1)

Alphabet Soup。有现成的罐头装的,不过自己做新鲜而且很简单。原料很简单:pasta(有各种花色的,在卖pasta的地方可以找到),chicken broth,鸡胸肉,冰冻的青豆,胡萝卜粒。做法更简单:先鸡胸肉在水里煮熟,切成小粒状,备用。把100克pasta加入2杯水中煮开,倒入少量的青豆和胡萝卜粒以及鸡肉粒,倒入一罐chicken broth,加上盐和油,用筷子搅拌均匀,继续煮7-8分钟,关火,闷5分钟。


煮鸡蛋,brown egg比较好吃。复活节要到了,买了个kit和小朋友们一起装饰的。


水果,众口难调,小朋友们喜欢的水果也不一样。来个水果色拉,满足每个人的口味。
