材料:鸡胸或鸡腿肉400克,黄瓜80克,去皮油炸花生米80克,花椒8粒,干辣椒段2大匙,葱、蒜、姜末各1小匙
腌料:生抽1大匙,盐半小匙,玉米淀粉2小匙,水2大匙
调料:糖1小匙,米酒1大匙,鸡精1/3小匙,生抽2大匙,醋1小匙
做法:
1.鸡肉切1.5厘米见方的小丁,加入腌料腌2小时。黄瓜切和鸡肉同样大的丁,备用。
2.炒锅放1大匙半油,放花椒,炸香后捞出弃去,放干辣椒段稍炒,放葱、蒜、姜末炒香,放鸡丁快速炒散,颜色变白后加拌匀的调料,翻炒匀,再加炸花生米炒匀即可。
