鲜虾土豆饼

用料:
1:冰冻带壳虾300克,去肠去壳洗净沥水切小粒,盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/4茶匙,生粉1大匙,香油2茶匙拌匀腌20分钟。
2:土豆两个,200克,去皮洗净切块。
3:盐1/3茶匙,生粉1大匙,葱两条切葱花。
4:菜籽油4大匙。
做法:
用料简单(图A)。小锅加水3/4杯放入土豆块,置炉上开大火煮滚,调小火煮15分钟。沥去多余的水冷凉,用勺压成泥(图B)。取一盆放入土豆泥,1和3料拌匀(图C)。


不沾煎锅
放油2大匙,置炉上开大中火,将虾仁土豆馅分成16份,每份用勺和手掌团成球状,8个一齐下锅用勺压扁(图D),油里煎黄,然后翻转一面,煎黄另一面即可。余下的馅如上一样操作,煎好乘热吃,香及了。
