精力汤

“精力汤”配方一般用两三种当季的水果、两三种当季的蔬菜,蔬菜我比较喜欢用芽菜,比较少农药问题;另外还要少量坚果,坚果对心血管非常好。

  水果、蔬菜、坚果,也可以加谷粒、麦片,一起打成浓浓的果汁,这就是“精力汤”,如果需要,再吃一片全麦土司,或吃个水煮蛋,这就是一个非常好的早餐,全部营养都有,让人精力蓬勃。
