重庆烤鱼,果然美味无敌

就动手了。

买来的罗非鱼一条,收拾干净,放点儿盐,料酒,淀粉,姜和蒜腌半天。
一分为二,放入烤盘,400F,20 分钟,然后转上火5分钟。
锅里放油,下葱姜蒜,炒香。
下两大勺豆瓣酱,两大勺老干妈油辣椒。
加入蒜薹。本来应该加芹菜的,我没有,改成了蒜薹。
然后倒入一罐鸡汤,煮开后泼在烤鱼上,送回烤箱烤十分钟。

上桌前鱼身上放干辣椒,烧热两勺油,泼在干辣椒上,撒香菜末,我没有香菜,用了葱花。

开吃了!
