鮮草菇雞球
買了些新鮮草菇,放兩日就變色的了,所以最好是馬上吃了它.
材料: 鮮草菇洗干淨, 雞肉切塊,蒜頭,鹽
醃料: 雞腿肉用鹽, 糖, 生抽, 豆粉,紹酒, 麻油,胡椒粉醃15分鐘.
熱鑊下油,爆香蒜片,下雞腿肉炒至5成熟,下鮮草菇炒勻,蓋蓋小火煮到鮮草菇出水下鹽調味煮即成。(鮮草菇好鮮甜,那些汁放在飯里一流)如果喜歡可以打些生粉獻.
