絲瓜炒蝦球

材料: 絲瓜,蝦,雲耳,蒜頭,生抽, 鹽.
絲瓜和蝦去皮洗干淨,把絲瓜切塊,熱鑊下油,蒜頭,下蝦炒幾下,拿起放在一磅,原鑊絲瓜炒至半熟,把蝦放回鑊和絲瓜一起炒幾下,再下生抽, 鹽調味即成.
