馄沌
在网上寻得一个调馄沌馅的方子，据说是最好吃的配方，这次就试验了一下，果真灵验，可谓“香的一塌带一抹！”呵呵，现介绍给大家，秘诀在于：肉馅加入鸡精，用水顺一个方向搅拌上劲，在表面撒上多多的葱花、姜末和适量虾皮，用很热的油浇上去，在“刺啦刺啦”的响声中，香气融入了肉馅，再加盐搅拌均匀。这种小馄沌，因为皮很薄，馅儿不宜多放，放一点点，用手握拳一捏就好了，所以包起来特别快。
