在网上寻得一个调馄沌馅的方子,据说是最好吃的配方,这次就试验了一下,果真灵验,可谓“香的一塌带一抹!”呵呵,现介绍给大家,秘诀在于:肉馅加入鸡精,用水顺一个方向搅拌上劲,在表面撒上多多的葱花、姜末和适量虾皮,用很热的油浇上去,在“刺啦刺啦”的响声中,香气融入了肉馅,再加盐搅拌均匀。这种小馄沌,因为皮很薄,馅儿不宜多放,放一点点,用手握拳一捏就好了,所以包起来特别快。

馄沌的汤料,可以加点鸡蛋皮丝,紫菜,葱花(或香菜末),酱油,醋,盐,香油,鸡精。

保准你吃了一碗想第二碗,不过睡觉前不宜多吃。
