蒜蓉白肉

原方子是五花肉,是要有点肥肉的,我想用不着,挑那个最好吃的买总是不会错的,我叫不出什么肉,可以看出是四块,用白水烧熟,约二十分钟,忘了放盐,不过不放盐也没有什么关系,反正要浇汁的。肉拿出来有点凉了后切成片,黄瓜也切成片:


把肉放在盘子里,每片肉中间插一片黄瓜,摆了几片就发现一根黄瓜不够而且片太大,没关系,拿出来,黄瓜中间再来一刀,这样就是基本正好,黄瓜还多几片:


干辣椒切开,蒜蓉就是用的这奥尔玛买的现成的:


淀粉加点水准备勾芡。油烧热,加上老干妈辣酱,干辣椒,炒几下,再加上三勺酱油,一勺糖,一点盐,烧开,最后勾上芡,再加上蒜蓉,搅拌一下,浇到菜上面就好了:


注意浇到中间就好了,比较好看,吃的时候先吃中间的,然后再把边上的推到中间拌一下,很受欢迎!
